I purchased a brand new sealed in the box freezer model fp630. I plugged the freezer in with the supplied 12v power cable and nothing happened.
I tested for power with my multimeter and had none. I took the plug apart to check the fuse and found that one of the wires wasnt connected inside. I immediately emailed the warranty email and got an immediate response that i would be contacted in 1 to 2 business days. Its been 3 full days with no response or resolution.
I sent detailed emails with great pictures of the unit and cord. Very disappointing customer service. This is such an amazing unit and is soooooo quiet.
I would love to give a great review and recommend it to other drivers but due to such awful customer unservice I will do neither. Steven
